Champagne Frosting
You Will Need:
- 1 ½ cups Champagne, prosecco, or other bubbly wine
- Damask Vanilla Frosting
Pour the Champagne into a small saucepan (do not cover) and bring to a low simmer over medium-low heat. Simmer the champagne for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. After 20-25 minutes you should have about 3 tablespoons of reduced Champagne. Cool the Champagne completely before continuing to Step 1 of your Damask Vanilla Frosting Recipe. When you get to Step 3, add in your reduced Champagne instead of adding the water. Continue with the remainder of the recipe and enjoy! Use it to complete any cake or cupcake. Let the champagne flavor add its special touch to all of your favorite desserts!
