Salted Caramel and Chocolate Cake
You Will Need:
- Coop's salted caramel sauce
- Damask Chocolate Cake
- Damask Vanilla Frosting
Begin with baking your Damask Chocolate Cake as written. As your cake is cooling, continue to the Damask Vanilla Frosting. Make your frosting as written until Step 4. After you’ve mixed in the powdered sugar, add 2-3 tablespoons of the Coop’s Salted Caramel Sauce, and mix until well combined. Taste the frosting and add another teaspoon or two to your liking. Frost your cooled chocolate cake as desired. Using a small spoon, drizzle another 2-3 tablespoons of the caramel sauce over the top and down the sides of the frosted cake.
