And if I know anything about the Easter Bunny it’s that they’d love to share in the celebration with you and your little loved ones. This fun and playful Easter Bunny Cake will not only put a smile on the face of everyone who enjoys it, but it is a wonderful finale for your Easter Sunday dinner. Why settle for an ordinary cake when you can add the joy and whimsy of an Easter Bunny cake? This cake is easy to make and adorable. Kids and adults will appreciate this cute dessert.

Easter Bunny Cake Instructions

Prepare the Vanilla or Confetti Cake as written on the recipe. As the cake cools, prepare the Vanilla Frosting as written. Once the cake has cooled cut one of the cake layers as shown below:

Place the second cake layer (uncut) on a long platter or cake board. Frost the top and side of the cake. Then, place the ears just above the circle cake so that the tips of the ears are touching the circular cake. Next, turn the bow 90 degrees and place it underneath the circular cake. Frost the top and sides of the ears and bow. If you’re using coconut flakes, cover the top and sides of the cake. Decorate the ears with pink jelly beans, give the bunny blue or green eyes, and a red nose with jelly beans, and decorate the bow with multi-colored jelly beans. To finish (if using), cut the candy laces into 2-inch strands for your Easter Bunny’s whiskers. Happy Easter!
