Our All-Natural Sprinkles
- Sourced from Lawton, Oklahoma, located in the heartland of America. Our rainbow sprinkles are made using the freshest, locally-grown ingredients, most picked by hand. Damask sprinkles are made in small batches to preserve the integrity and fresh flavors of the natural ingredients. All of the bright and rich colors come from homemade plant extracts.

- SQFI certified. The SQFI (Safe Quality Food Institute) is the world’s leading food safety and quality certification. SQFI’s certification process is recognized as among the most rigorous processes worldwide. They are benchmarked in the top 1% internationally for food safety and quality certifications.

Our Flour
- Sourced from a 100% employee-owned company, our artisan flour is unbleached. This means it is nutrient-rich and includes the bran and germ of the wheat kernels, both naturally occurring properties in the grain. We source flour that is carefully milled according to the most exacting processes that have been developed by generations of bakers. The grain for our flour is also milled in a facility with a commitment to sustainable agriculture and reducing carbon emissions.

Our Sugar
- The perfect sugar for baking. Superfine sugar is the ideal granularity for cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, and more. Stalks of sugar cane are pressed to release their sweetness, and pure cane juice is crystallized into raw sugar. Each batch is then crafted to the highest quality standards.

Our Cocoa
- Fairly traded- Damask sources its chocolate through a network used by over 500,000 farmers across more than 30 countries. Members of this sustainability initiative must meet qualifications set using the most stringent and comprehensive parameters. By sourcing our cocoa through this network, Damask directly impacts three core initiatives. 1. Improving farmer and worker livelihoods. 2. Protecting and regenerating nature through better natural resource management. 3. Managing the supply chain with transparency and traceability. By sourcing our cocoa through this initiative, a majority of the proceeds for chocolate go directly to the local farms that supply them.
- Sustainably Sourced- Our cocoa is sourced under the Smarter Cocoa Charter. This is a commitment to source 100% of all cocoa from farms that use climate-smart techniques tailored to that specific farm’s needs by 2025. This charter seeks to establish agroforestry models that improve farming, enhance forest and biodiversity, and sequester carbon.

Our Brazilian Espresso Powder
- Our espresso powder is sourced from coffee grown in Brazil coffee-growing region. The area has ideal conditions for growing some of the world’s best coffee.
- Espresso powder is made from espresso beans that have been brewed and dried and then ground into a very fine powder. The result is real espresso flavor and an easy-to-use ingredient that is perfect for baking.
